Price Parity is a free Chrome extension that compares the price a store shows you with the price it shows an anonymous shopper — and blocks the trackers that make rigged pricing possible.
Add to Chrome — FreeRetailers, airlines, and ticket sites use your cookies, purchase history, and browsing behavior to calculate what you specifically will tolerate paying. The people with the least room in their budget often get the worst prices. Price Parity puts the receipts in front of you.
One click fetches the same product with zero cookies and shows both prices side by side. Same product. Same second. No place to hide.
Blocks 36 data-broker networks, strips tracking parameters from links, and sends the legally binding GPC opt-out signal — automatically.
Remembers prices of products you've viewed (only on your device). If one quietly goes up on your return, a banner calls it out.
Price Parity detects cookie- and account-based personalization — the most common kind. Pricing based on your IP location can't be caught without a proxy (it's on the roadmap as a Pro feature). Some sites block anonymous requests entirely; when that happens we say so instead of inventing numbers.
Free on the Chrome Web Store. The core features are free forever — that's the point. A future Pro tier will fund development with advanced tools (regional price comparison, tracked-product alerts), never with your data.
